Alaniz Marketing is honored to announce that we are now certified as a woman-owned business (WBE) by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). “WBENC’s stamp of approval is particularly meaningful because of their stringent certification process,” says Roxanne Alaniz, Principal of Alaniz Marketing.
For the past 25 years, WBENC has been dedicated to helping women-owned businesses thrive. Their mission is to fuel economic growth globally through the development of women-owned businesses. To accomplish this, the organization developed a nationwide standard for women-owned business certification. The organization also focuses on opportunities, resources, and engagement to bring authority to their members’ entrepreneurship.
To take full advantage of the opportunities that WBENC offers, Roxanne, along with Alaniz team members Esteffani Nevarez and Stephanie Haas, attended the WBENC National Conference in Atlanta. It’s the largest conference of its kind for women business owners and brings together America’s leading corporations, government agencies, women business owners and their staff, and strategic partner organizations. The conference engaged participants for dynamic educational programming, inspiring keynotes, a pitch competition, Instant Match meetings, networking opportunities, and an unrivaled expo of certified women-owned businesses and those who do business with them.
“I’m so excited to be a member of the WBENC community,” says Roxanne. “This amazing organization gives like-minded women entrepreneurs like me the opportunity to come together to support each other as we build our businesses. The knowledge I gain by making connections to other experts will create a ripple effect of excellence that reaches my team and the clients we serve.”
