When it comes to clinical research, not all research is created equal. In fact, most clinical research is not equal if you are an underrepresented group. African Americans, Latinos/Hispanics, and other ethnic minority groups have been historically underrepresented in clinical research in one of the most dominant countries for medical studies – the United States.
